A trough will keep isolated showers and thunderstorms a threat through tomorrow morning.  More widespread rainfall and embedded thunderstorms are expected tomorrow afternoon, lingering through the end of the week.  Flash flooding will be a high threat tomorrow night.

TONIGHT

A trough will produce variable clouds and isolated showers.  Winds will be from the southwest at 5 to 10 mph.  Low temperatures will range from the mid to upper 60s over the interior and upper 60s to lower 70s along the coast.

TOMORROW

A trough will produce variable clouds and isolated showers in the morning.  An area of low pressure and occluded front will produce showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.  The embedded thunderstorms will be capable of intense downpours and flash flooding.  Winds will be from the south at 5 to 15 mph.  High temperatures will range from the lower to mid-70s over the interior, mid to upper 70s in the New York City metropolitan area, and upper 70s to lower 80s in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

An area of low pressure and a stationary front will produce waves of showers and thunderstorms capable of heavy downpours.  Winds will veer to the southwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Low temperatures will range from the mid to upper 60s over the interior and upper 60s to lower 70s along the coast.

An area of low pressure and a series of troughs will produce waves of showers and thunderstorms.  Winds will veer to the northwest at 5 to 15 mph.  High temperatures will range from the lower to mid-70s over the interior and upper 70s to lower 80s along the coast.
