A stationary front will linger over the region with smoky, hazy skies and isolated thunderstorms. Winds will be from the northwest at 5 to 10 mph. High temperatures will range from the lower to mid-80s over the interior, upper 80s to lower 90s on the I-95 corridor, and mid to upper 80s on Long Island.
TONIGHT
A warm front will approach the region with increasing clouds and developing showers and thunderstorms by morning. Winds will veer to the southeast at 5 to 15 mph. Low temperatures will range from the mid- to upper 60s over the interior to the lower to mid-70s along the coast.
TOMORROW
An area of low pressure will drive a warm front through the region with showers and thunderstorms in the morning. A cold front will follow in the afternoon and evening with showers and thunderstorms. The thunderstorms will be capable of intense downpours, frequent lightning, hail, wind gusts between 40 to 80 mph, and isolated tornadoes. Winds will back to the south at 5 to 10 mph. High temperatures will range from the lower to mid-80s.

The cold front will clear the region with showers and thunderstorms. Winds will veer from the southwest to the northwest at 5 to 10 mph. Low temperatures will range from the lower to mid-60s over the interior and from the upper 60s to the lower 70s along the coast.
