Light snowfall returns tomorrow with an arctic cold front.  Snow showers linger the rest of the weekend with an area of low pressure off the coast.

TONIGHT

A cold front will approach the region with increasing clouds and flurries.  Winds will be from the southwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Low temperatures will range from the mid to upper 20s over the interior and lower to mid-30s along the coast.

TOMORROW

A cold front with a wave of low pressure will move through the region with a mix of rain and snow along the coast and light snow along and northwest of the I-95 corridor.  Winds will veer from the south to the west at 5 to 15 mph.  High temperatures will range from the lower to mid-30s over the interior and upper 30s to lower 40s along the coast.

TOMORROW NIGHT

A trough will produce scattered clouds and flurries.  Winds will be from the southwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Low temperatures will range from the lower to mid-20s over the interior and upper 20s to lower 30s along the coast.

SUNDAY

An area of low pressure off the coast will produce cloudy skies and widely scattered snow showers.  A period of light snow is expected on eastern Long Island and southeastern New Jersey.  Winds will be from the southwest at 5 to 15 mph.  High temperatures will range from the lower to mid-20s over the interior, upper 20s to lower 30s in the Delaware River Valley, and lower to mid-30s along the coast.

MONDAY

A trough will produce scattered clouds and flurries.  Winds will be from the southwest at 10 to 20 mph.  Low temperatures will range from the mid to upper 10s over the interior and upper 10s to lower 20s along the coast.  High temperatures will range from the upper 20s to lower 30s over the interior and mid to upper 30s along the coast.

TUESDAY

A trough will produce scattered clouds and flurries.  Low temperatures will range from the single digits to the lower 10s.  High temperatures will range from the lower to mid-10s over the interior and upper 10s to lower 20s along the coast.

High pressure will produce clear skies.  Low temperatures in the single digits below zero to single digits above zero over the interior and single digits to the lower 10s along the coast.  High temperatures will range from the mid to upper 10s over the interior and lower to mid-20s along the coast.
