Waves of cold air will build into the region tonight and through the weekend with the threat of snow showers.  A very cold weather pattern returns for next week.

TONIGHT

A series of troughs will produce scattered clouds and flurries.  Winds will be from the northwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Low temperatures will range from the lower to mid-10s over the interior, mid to upper 10s in the suburbs, and upper 10s to lower 20s in urban areas.

TOMORROW

A series of troughs will produce scattered clouds and flurries.  Winds will be from the southwest at 5 to 15 mph.  High temperatures will range from the mid to upper 20s over the interior and lower to mid-30s along the coast.

TOMORROW NIGHT

A cold front will approach the region with scattered clouds and flurries.  Winds will be from the southwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Low temperatures will range from the mid to upper 20s over the interior and lower to mid-30s along the coast.

SATURDAY

A cold front with an area of low pressure will produce cloudy skies with scattered rain and snow showers on the coast and scattered snow showers elsewhere.  High temperatures will range from the lower to mid-30s along the coast, mid- to upper-30s in the Delaware River Valley, and upper-30s to lower-40s along the coast.

An area of low pressure off the coast will produce cloudy skies and widely scattered snow showers.  Winds will be from the southwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Low temperatures will range from the upper 10s to lower 20s over the interior, lower to mid-20s in the suburbs, and mid to upper 20s in urban areas.  High temperatures will range from the mid to upper 20s over the interior and lower to mid-30s along the coast.
