Summer-like weather conditions are expected through tomorrow.  A cold front will end these pleasant conditions with showers and thunderstorms on Saturday.

AIR QUALITY: 

Due to a forest fire in Ocean County, New Jersey, air quality over eastern New Jersey and southeastern New York will continue to be poor with pollutants of fine particles from the fire.  

TODAY

High pressure will produce scattered clouds.  Winds will be from the east at 1 to 5 mph.  High temperatures will range from the lower to mid-60s on Long Island, upper 60s to mid-70s along the coast, upper 70s to lower 80s in the Delaware River Valley, and lower to mid-70s over the interior.

TONIGHT

High pressure will produce scattered clouds.  Winds will veer to the southeast at 5 to 10 mph.  Low temperatures will range from the mid to upper 40s over the interior and lower to mid-50s along the coast.

TOMORROW

High pressure will exit the region with increasing clouds.  Winds will be from the southeast at 5 to 10 mph.  High temperatures will range from the mid-60s to the lower 70s on Long Island, mid to upper 70s along the coast, upper 70s to lower 80s in the Delaware River Valley, and mid to upper 70s over the interior.

TOMORROW NIGHT

A cold front will approach the region with increasing clouds and scattered showers.  Winds will be from the south at 5 to 15 mph. Low temperatures will range from the lower to mid-50s over the interior, lower to mid-50s in the suburbs, and upper 50s to lower 60s in urban areas.

SATURDAY

A cold front will produce showers and thunderstorms.  Winds will veer to the west at 10 to 15 mph.  High temperatures will range from the lower to mid-60s on Long Island, upper 60s to lower 70s along the coast, lower to mid-70s in the Delaware River Valley, and upper 60s to lower 70s over the interior.
