Some snow will develop for elevations over 1,500 feet in the Poconos and Catskills with snow accumulation of a trace to 1″ on cold surfaces. Winds will be from the east at 5 to 15 mph. Low temperatures will range from the lower to mid-30s over the interior and mid to upper 30s along the coast.

An area of low pressure will produce periods of rain and higher elevation snowfall in the morning. Cloudy skies with scattered showers can be expected by the afternoon and evening. Winds will back to the northeast at 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. High temperatures will range from the lower to mid-40s.
