The heaviest rainfall is expected over southeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey, where up to 1″ of rain is expected. The rain will mix over to sleet and snow in the Poconos and Catskills before ending in the evening. Winds will veer from the southwest to the northwest at 5 to 15 mph. High temperatures will rise into the upper 30s to lower 40s over the interior, mid to upper 40s in the Delaware River Valley, and upper 40s to lower 50s along the coast.
