A cold front will produce a weakening snow squall over the interior today.  A rainstorm is likely by the end of the week, followed by another cold weekend.

TODAY

A cold front will drive through the region with a snow squall over the interior, followed by rain and snow showers along the coast by this afternoon.  Winds will veer to the northwest at 5 to 15 mph.  High temperatures will rise into the lower to mid-30s over the interior and upper 30s to lower 40s along the coast.

TONIGHT

A trough will produce scattered clouds and isolated snow showers.  Winds will be from the southwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Low temperatures will be in the upper 20s to lower 30s over the interior and lower to mid-30s along the coast.

TOMORROW

A cold front will produce widely scattered rain and snow showers.  Winds will be from the west at 10 to 20 mph.  High temperatures will rise into the mid to upper 30s over the interior and lower to mid-40s along the coast.

TOMORROW NIGHT

High pressure will build into the region with clearing skies.  Winds will veer to the northwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Low temperatures will fall into the lower to mid-10s over the interior, upper 10s to lower 20s in the suburbs, and lower to mid-20s in urban areas.

THURSDAY

High pressure will produce scattered clouds.  Winds will back to the southwest at 5 to 15 mph.  High temperatures will rise into the lower to mid-30s over the interior and mid to upper 30s along the coast.

FRIDAY

An area of low pressure will approach the region, with periods of rain throughout the region.  The heaviest rainfall is expected over southeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey, where over 1″ of rain is expected.  The rain will mix over to sleet and snow in the Poconos and Catskills before ending in the evening.  Winds will veer from the southwest to the northwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Low temperatures will fall into the lower to mid-30s.  High temperatures will rise into the upper 30s to lower 40s over the interior, mid to upper 40s in the Delaware River Valley, and upper 40s to lower 50s along the coast.  Temperatures will rapidly fall through the 30s and 40s in the evening.

SATURDAY

High pressure will produce scattered clouds.  Low temperatures will range from the lower to mid-10s over the interior, upper 10s to lower 20s in the suburbs, and mid to upper 20s in urban areas and along the coast.  High temperatures will range from the upper 10s to lower 20s over the interior and mid to upper 20s along the coast.

SUNDAY

High pressure will produce scattered clouds.  Low temperatures will range from the single digits to lower 10s over the interior and lower to mid-10s along the coast.  High temperatures will rise into the lower to mid-30s over the interior and mid to upper 30s along the coast.

MONDAY

A cold front will produce scattered rain and snow showers.  Low temperatures will range from the mid-30s to lower-40s.  High temperatures will range from the mid to upper 40s over the interior and lower to mid-50s along the coast.

TUESDAY

High pressure will produce scattered clouds.  Low temperatures will fall into the mid to upper 10s over the interior, upper 10s to lower 20s in the suburbs, and mid to upper 20s in urban areas and along the coast.  High temperatures will rise into the upper 10s to mid-20s over the interior, mid to upper 20s in the suburbs, and upper 20s to lower 30s along the coast.
