An arctic air mass invading the region will set the stages for a winter storm tomorrow afternoon, followed by brutally cold conditions throughout next week.

Cloudy skies are expected, with a few flurries possible. Winds will be from the northwest at 5 to 10 mph. Low temperatures will range from the lower to mid-20s over the interior, upper 20s to lower 30s in the suburbs, and lower to mid-30s in urban areas and along the coast.
TOMORROW
The arctic cold front will press off the coast in the morning with scattered rain/snow showers. An area of low pressure will develop over the coastal waters with periods of moderate to heavy snowfall in the afternoon and evening to the northwest of I-95, a wintry mix of snow and sleet changing to snow along and just southeast of I-95, and a mix of rain, sleet, and snow changing to snow along the immediate coast. High temperatures will range from the lower to mid-20s over the interior, upper 20s to lower 30s in the Delaware River Valley, and mid to upper 30s along the coast.
