TONIGHT

A series of troughs will produce scattered clouds and isolated snow showers.  Winds will be from the northwest at 10 to 20 mph, with gusts over 30 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the lower to mid-20s over the interior and upper 20s to lower 30s along the coast for lows.

TOMORROW

A series of troughs will produce scattered clouds and isolated snower showers.  Winds will be from the northwest at 10 to 20 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the mid to upper 20s over the interior and lower to mid-30s along the coast for highs.

TOMORROW NIGHT

A series of troughs will produce scattered clouds and flurries.  Winds will be from the west at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the upper 10s to lower 20s over the interior and mid to upper 20s along the coast for lows.

SATURDAY

A series of troughs will pass through the region with scattered clouds and flurries.  Winds will be from the west at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the upper 20s to lower 30s over the interior and mid to upper 30s along the coast for highs.

SUNDAY

An area of low pressure will pass to the north of the region with scattered clouds and a few isolated showers.  Winds will be from the southwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will range from the upper 20s to lower 30s over the interior and lower to mid-30s along the coast for lows and upper 30s to lower 40s over the interior and lower to mid-40s along the coast for highs.

MONDAY

An area of low pressure will approach the region with increasing clouds and showers towards the evening.  Temperatures will range from the lower to mid-30s for lows and mid to upper 40s over the interior and upper 40s to lower 50s along the coast for highs.

TUESDAY

The area of low pressure will move through the region with rain in the morning, followed by scattered clouds in the afternoon.  Temperatures will range from the upper 30s to lower 40s over the interior and lower to mid-40s along the coast for lows and lower to mid-50s over the interior, upper 50s to lower 60s in the Delaware River Valley, and mid to upper 50s along the coast for highs.

WEDNESDAY

Another area of low pressure will produce periods of rain for most of the region and a mix of rain and snow over the higher elevations by the evening.  Temperatures will range from the mid to upper 40s over the interior and lower to mid-50s along the coast for lows and upper 40s to lower 50s over the interior and mid to upper 50s along the coast for highs.  Temperatures will fall through the 40s and 30s in the evening.

THURSDAY

The low-pressure system will exit in the morning with periods of snow in the Poconos, Catskills, and Hudson Highlands, while rain can be expected for the rest of the region.  The skies will clear in the afternoon.  Temperatures will range from the lower to mid-20s over the interior, upper 20s to lower 30s in the Delaware River Valley, and mid to upper 30s on the coast for lows and lower to mid-30s over the interior and upper 30s to lower 40s along the coast for highs.
