Cloudy and damp conditions will continue through today into early next week as active weather pattern returns.

TODAY

A cold front will approach the region with increasing clouds through the morning, followed by scattered showers in the afternoon and evening.  Winds will be from the southeast at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the upper 50s to lower 60s over the interior, mid to upper 60s in the Delaware River Valley, and upper 50s to lower 60s along the coast for highs.

TONIGHT

A cold front will linger over the coastal water, with variable clouds and scattered showers.  Winds will veer to the southwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the mid-50s to lower 60s for lows.

TOMORROW

A cold front will linger over the coastal water, with variable clouds and scattered showers.  Winds will veer to the west at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the lower to mid-70s over the interior, lower to mid-70s along the coast, and upper 70s to lower 80s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.

TOMORROW NIGHT

High pressure will press south into the region with clearing skies from north to south.  Winds will veer to the northwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the lower to mid-50s over the interior and mid to upper 50s along the coast for lows.

TUESDAY

A stationary front to the south of the region will produce broken cloud cover and widely scattered showers.  Winds will be from the north at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the mid to upper 70s over the interior, upper 70s to lower 80s along the coast, and lower to mid-80s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.

WEDNESDAY

A cold front will approach with increasing clouds through the morning, followed by periods of showers in the afternoon and evening.  Temperatures will range from the lower to mid-50s over the interior, lower to mid-50s in the suburbs, and upper 50s to lower 60s in urban areas for lows and lower to mid-60s on Long Island, upper 60s to lower 70s along the coast, mid to upper 70s in the Delaware River Valley, and upper 60s to lower 70s over the interior for highs.

A stationary front will produce periods of showers.  Temperatures will range from the upper 50s to lower 60s over the interior, upper 50s to lower 60s in the suburbs, and lower to mid-60s in urban areas for lows and mid to upper 60s along the coast and lower to mid-70s away from the coast for highs.

A stationary front to the south will produce variable cloud cover and scattered showers.  Temperatures will range from the lower to mid-50s over the interior, lower to mid-50s along the coast, and mid to upper 50s in urban areas for lows and lower to mid-70s over the interior, lower to mid-70s along the coast, and upper 70s to lower 80s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.

SATURDAY

An area of low pressure and cold front will produce periods of showers.  Temperatures will range from the lower to mid-50s for lows and upper 50s to lower 60s on Long Island, mid to upper 60s along the coast, and upper 60s to lower 70s away from the coast for highs.

SUNDAY

A stationary front will produce overcast skies and widely scattered showers.  Temperatures will range from the mid-40s to lower 50s for lows and lower to mid-60s over the interior, lower to mid-60s along the coast, and mid to upper 60s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.
