After a very pleasant afternoon, unsettled conditions begin to return with a threat of showers by tomorrow morning and thunderstorms by Thursday night.

TONIGHT

High pressure will exit the region with increasing cloud cover.  Winds will be from the southwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the mid-40s to lower 50s for lows.

TOMORROW

A warm front will approach the region with increasing clouds and scattered showers.  Winds will be from the southeast at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the upper 50s to lower 60s on Long Island, the mid to upper 60s along the coast, mid to upper 60s over the interior, and lower to mid-70s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.

TOMORROW NIGHT

A warm front will approach the region with increasing clouds and scattered showers.  Winds will be from the southeast at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the upper 40s to lower 50s over the interior and suburbs and mid to upper 50s in urban areas for lows.

THURSDAY

A warm front will move through the region with widespread showers.  Winds will be from the south at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the mid to upper 60s over the interior, upper 50s to lower 60s on Long Island, lower to mid-60s along the coast, and upper 60s to lower 70s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.

FRIDAY

A cold front will produce waves of showers and thunderstorms.  The thunderstorms will be capable of heavy downpours, occasional lightning, and wind gusts over 40 mph.  Winds will be from the southwest at 10 to 20 mph.  Temperatures will range from the upper 40s to lower 50s over the interior and mid to upper 50s along the coast for lows and lower to mid-60s over the interior, lower to mid-60s along the coast, and mid to upper 60s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.

SATURDAY

A series of troughs will produce widely scattered showers.  Winds will be from the west at 10 to 20 mph.  Temperatures will range from the lower to mid-40s over the interior and upper 40s to lower 50s along the coast for lows and lower to mid-50s over the interior and upper 50s to lower 60s along the coast for highs.

SUNDAY

An area of low pressure will approach the region with scattered clouds and isolated showers.  Temperatures will range from the mid to upper 30s over the interior and lower to mid-40s along the coast for lows and lower to mid-60s on the coast and mid to upper 60s away from the coast for highs.

MONDAY

High pressure will exit with scattered clouds.  Temperatures will range from the lower to mid-50s over the interior, mid to upper 50s along the coast, and upper 50s to lower 60s in urban areas for lows and lower to mid-70s over the interior, mid to upper 70s along the coast, and upper 70s to lower 80s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.

TUESDAY

A stationary front will produce scattered to broken cloud cover.  Temperatures will range from the lower to mid-40s over the interior and upper 40s to lower 50s along the coast for lows and mid to upper 60s on Long Island, lower to mid-70s along the coast, mid to upper 70s over the interior, and upper 70s to lower 80s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.

WEDNESDAY

A warm front will produce scattered showers.  Temperatures will range from the upper 50s to lower 60s over the interior, upper 50s to lower 60s along the coast, and mid to upper 60s in the Delaware River Valley for lows and lower to mid-70s along the coast and mid to upper 70s away from the coast for highs.
