TODAY

An area of low pressure and cold front will invade the region, with rain developing by the afternoon and becoming heavy by the evening. Winds will veer from the northeast to the southeast at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the lower to mid-40s over the interior, upper 40s to lower 50s in the Delaware River Valley, and mid to upper 40s along the coast for highs.

TONIGHT

Waves of moderate to heavy rainfall can be expected.  Winds will veer from the northeast to the west at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the mid to upper 30s over the interior, lower to mid-40s in the Delaware River Valley, and mid to upper 40s along the coast for lows.

TOMORROW

The area of low pressure will exit the region with scattered clouds and isolated showers.  Winds will be from the west at 10 to 20 mph, with gusts over 30 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the lower to mid-40s over the interior and upper 40s to lower 50s along the coast for highs.

TOMORROW NIGHT

A weak trough will produce scattered clouds and isolated showers.  Winds will be from the northwest at 10 to 20 mph, with gusts over 30 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the upper 20s to lower 30s over the interior and lower to mid-30s along the coast for lows.

MONDAY

A weak trough will produce scattered clouds and isolated showers.  Winds will be from the northwest at 15 to 30 mph, with gusts over 40 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the mid-30s to lower 40s over the interior and mid to upper 40s along the coast for highs.

TUESDAY

High pressure will produce scattered clouds.  Winds will be from the west at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will range from the upper 20s to lower 30s over the interior and lower to mid-30s along the coast for lows and upper 40s to lower 50s over the interior and lower to mid-50s along the coast for highs.

WEDNESDAY

A cold front will move through the region, with variable clouds and scattered showers in the morning.  The skies will clear in the afternoon. Temperatures will range from the upper 30s to lower 40s for lows and upper 50s to mid-60s along the coast, mid to upper 60s over the interior, and upper 60s to lower 70s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.

High pressure will produce scattered clouds.  Temperatures will range from the lower to mid-40s for lows and mid to upper 60s along the coast, lower to mid-70s in the Delaware River valley, and upper 60s to lower 70s over the interior for highs.

SATURDAY

An area of low pressure will produce waves of showers.  Temperatures will range from the upper 30s to mid-40s over the interior, mid-40s to lower 50s in the New York City metropolitan area, and mid to upper 50s in the Philadelphia metropolitan area for lows and lower to mid-50s over the interior, upper 50s to lower 60s in the Delaware River Valley, and mid to upper 50s along the coast for highs.
