As warm air lifts northward, a wintry mix over the interior will change to rain while showers and fog develop elsewhere.  More rainfall is expected into the weekend.

TONIGHT

A wintry mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain will change over to rain over the interior while showers continue along the coast.  Areas of fog will be locally dense, with visibility below 2 miles.  Winds back to the southeast at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the lower to mid-30s for lows.

TOMORROW

A warm front will stall over the region with scattered showers.  Areas of fog will produce visibility below 2 miles.  Winds will be from the southeast at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the lower to mid-40s for highs.

TOMORROW NIGHT

Overcast skies with periods of showers can be expected.  Areas of fog will produce visibility below 2 miles.  Winds will be from the southeast at 5 to 10 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the lower to mid-40s for lows.

THURSDAY

An area of low pressure and a cold front will produce periods of showers.  Areas of fog will produce visibility below 2 miles.  Winds will be from the south at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the mid-40s to lower 50s over the interior, lower to mid-50s along the coast, and mid to upper 50s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.

High pressure will produce scattered clouds.  Temperatures will range from the single digits to mid-10s for lows and mid to upper 20s for highs.

WEDNESDAY

A weak cold front will produce scattered showers.  Temperatures will range from the lower to mid-20s for lows and lower to mid-40s for highs.
