The snow below 1,000 feet and along the coast will accumulate on some cold surfaces but quickly end by 10 AM. Winds will veer from the south to the northwest at 10 to 20 mph, with gusts between 20 to 50 mph in the morning. Winds will be from the northwest at 10 to 20 mph in the afternoon.
