A strong cold front will pass through the region in the morning, with waves of heavy rainfall exiting the region from west to east. The skies will clear in the late morning and afternoon. Winds will back to the northwest at 10 to 20 mph, with gusts between 25 to 50 mph. Temperatures will range from the mid-40s to lower 50s over the interior and mid-50s to lower 60s along the coast for highs around noon, followed by temperatures falling through the 50s, 40s, and 30s in the afternoon and evening.
