High pressure will provide tranquil conditions through tomorrow, but a strong cold front will bring a wintry mix for higher elevations and heavy rain elsewhere on Tuesday night.  A chilly but dry Thanksgiving is on the way!

TODAY

High pressure will produce scattered clouds.  Winds will be from the west at 10 to 20 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the mid to upper 40s over the interior and lower to mid-50s along the coast for highs.

TONIGHT

High pressure will produce scattered clouds.  Winds will be from the northeast at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the mid to upper 20s over the interior and lower to mid-30s along the coast for lows.

TOMORROW

High pressure will produce scattered clouds.  Winds will be from the northeast at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the upper 30s to lower 40s over the interior and mid to upper 40s along the coast for highs.

TOMORROW NIGHT

High pressure will exit with increasing clouds.  Winds will be from the east at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will range from the upper 20s to lower 30s over the interior and mid to upper 30s along the coast for lows.

An area of low pressure and a cold front will approach with increasing clouds followed by showers in the afternoon.  A mix of snow and sleet will develop for elevations over 1,500 feet, with minor accumulation on cold surfaces.  All frozen precipitation will change over to rain gradually in the late evening.  Periods of heavy rain can be expected by the evening.  Winds will be from the east at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the lower to mid-50s over the interior and upper 50s to lower 60s along the coast for highs.

WEDNESDAY

A strong cold front and a wave of low pressure will produce periods of heavy rain in the early morning, ending from west to east.  The skies will clear in the afternoon and evening.  Windy conditions can be expected.  Winds will be from the northwest at 10 to 20 mph.  Temperatures will range from the upper 30s to mid-40s over the interior and upper 40s to lower 50s along the coast for lows and upper 40s to mid-50s over the interior and upper 50s to lower 60s along the coast for highs.  Temperatures are expected to fall through the 50s, 40s, and 30s in the afternoon behind the cold front passage.

THANKSGIVING
