Tranquil conditions will continue into tomorrow morning, but an area of low pressure will produce the threat of strong and severe thunderstorms tomorrow evening through Tuesday afternoon.

TONIGHT

High pressure will slowly exit the region with scattered cloud cover expected.  Winds will back from the southwest to the south at 5 to 10 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the lower to mid-60s for lows.

TOMORROW

A warm front will approach the region with increasing clouds with isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon.  Winds will be from the southeast at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the lower to mid-80s over the interior and along the coast and upper 80s to lower 90s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.

TOMORROW NIGHT

A warm front will lift through the region with waves of showers and thunderstorms.  A few thunderstorms will reach severe levels with intense downpours, frequent lightning, hail, wind gusts over 55 mph, and isolated tornadoes.  Thunderstorms may produce flash flooding, wind damage, and power outages.  Winds will veer from the east to the southwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the upper 60s to lower 70s over the interior and lower to mid-70s along the coast for lows.

A cold front will slowly move through the region with scattered showers and thunderstorms.  A few thunderstorms may reach severe levels.  Winds will be from the southwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the lower to mid-80s over the interior and along the coast and upper 80s to lower 90s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.

High pressure will produce clear skies to scattered clouds.  Winds will be from the west at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will range from the lower to mid-60s over the interior and mid to upper 60s along the coast for lows and mid-70s to lower 80s over the interior, lower to mid-80s along the coast, and mid to upper 80s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.
