Building high pressure will make for a clear but breezy Sunday. Wet conditions return by Monday afternoon however, before drier air settles in for the remainder of the workweek.

TODAY

High pressure will produce clear skies and sunshine. Otherwise breezy, with winds from the west at 10 to 20 mph gusting up to 35 mph.  High temperatures will rise into the lower to mid-50s over the interior and upper 50s to lower 60s along the coast.

TONIGHT

High pressure will produce mostly clear skies, with winds from the north at 5 to 15 mph becoming light and variable.  Low temperatures will fall into the low to mid-30s over the interior and mid to upper 30s along the coast.

TOMORROW

An area of low pressure will approach the region, bringing increasing cloud cover through the morning and widespread rain showers in the afternoon and evening.  Winds will be from the northeast at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the upper 40s to lower 50s over the interior with mid to upper 50s in the Delaware River Valley and along the coast.

TOMORROW NIGHT

An area of low pressure will continue to produce rain showers that will gradually taper off overnight. Snow may mix in for the Pocono region as precipitation is ending, however little to no snow accumulation is expected. Temperatures will fall into the mid to upper 30s to the north of the I-80 corridor and low to mid 40s elsewhere. Winds will be from the north at 5 to 10 mph. Total rainfall amounts generally between 0.25″ to 0.50″ are expected, with locally higher amounts possible.

TUESDAY

An area of low pressure will exit with showers in the early morning followed by clearing skies.  Winds will be from the northwest at 5 to 15 mph.  High temperatures will range from the low to mid-40s over the interior and upper 40s to lower 50s in the Delaware River Valley and along the coast.

WEDNESDAY

High pressure will produce partly to mostly sunny skies.  Low temperatures will range from the upper 20s to lower 30s over the interior and mid to upper 30s along the coast. High temperatures will rise into the upper 40s to lower 50s over the interior and lower to mid-50s along the coast.

THURSDAY

High pressure will produce mostly sunny skies over the region.  Temperatures will range from the mid to upper 20s over the interior and lower to mid-30s along the coast, with high temperatures in the mid to upper 40s over the interior and upper 40s to lower 50s along the coast and in the Delaware River Valley.

FRIDAY

An approaching area of low pressure will produce increasing cloud cover throughout the day.  Low temperatures will range from the upper 20s to lower 30s over the interior and lower to mid-30s along the coast. High temperatures will range from the mid to upper 50s over the interior and low to mid-60s in the Delaware River Valley and along the coast.

SATURDAY

An area of low pressure will produce periods of rain showers, potentially heavy at times.  Low temperatures will range from the upper 40s to lower 50s over the interior and lower to mid-50s along the coast, with highs in the lower to mid-60s throughout the region.

SUNDAY

An area of low pressure will exit the region producing scattered cloud cover. Low temperatures will range from the low to mid-40s over the interior and upper 40s to lower 50s along the coast. High temperatures will range from the upper 40s to lower 50s over the interior, and mid to upper 50s along the coast.
