Temperatures will rise into the mid-40s to lower 50s over the interior, mid to upper 50s on the coast, and upper 50s to mid-60s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.

A stationary front will linger over the region with scattered clouds and isolated rain and snow showers. Winds will be from the north at 5 to 15 mph. Temperatures will fall into the mid to upper 20s over the interior and lower to mid-30s along the coast for lows.
FRIDAY
An area of low pressure will approach with increasing clouds throughout the day. Snow will develop throughout the region in the evening hours that will quickly mix over to rain on the coast while a wintry mix of sleet and freezing rain is expected before a change over to rain at night. Some snow accumulation is expected over the interior. Winds will be from the northeast at 5 to 15 mph. Temperatures will rise into the mid to upper 30s over the interior, lower to mid-40s in the New York City metropolitan area, and upper 40s to mid-50s in the Philadelphia metropolitan area for highs. High temperatures are expected in the late evening hours.
