Temperatures will rise into the lower to mid-50s over the interior and mid to upper 50s along the coast for highs.

Rain will exit between 5 and 7 PM followed by clearing skies and winds veering to the west at 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. Temperatures will be falling through the 40s. The strong winds may become a problem for the tree lighting ceremony.
