Mild conditions return this week and some locations might see their first 80-degree day. A few areas of low pressure will bring the chance of showers but they are expected to be light. A more impactful system is possible as we head into next weekend but details are still unclear.

Highs will range from the mid-40s to low-50s for southern areas while northern areas range from the upper-30s to mid-40s. Winds will be from the west at 15-20 mph. Lows will range from the upper-20s to upper-30s.

Temperatures will range from the low-60s to low-70s for far southern areas while northern areas will be stuck in the upper-40s to upper-50s. Winds will be from the southeast at 5-10 mph. Lows will fall into the upper-40s to upper-50s.
Thursday: A mostly sunny start to the day will give way to rain showers as a cold front approaches the region. Highs will range from the low-70s to near 80. Winds will be from the southwest at 10-15 mph. Lows will fall into the mid-40s to mid-50s.
Friday: Clearing conditions will allow for sunny skies and mild temperatures. Highs will range from the upper-50s to upper-60s. Winds will be from the southwest at 5-10 mph. Lows will fall into the mid-40s to low-50s.
Weekend: Intervals of clouds and sun are expected. An area of low pressure will be in the area providing at least scattered showers but details are unclear at this time. Highs will be in the 50s and 60s. Winds will be from the west at 10-15 mph. Lows will be in the 30s and 40s.
