Tranquil and mild weather conditions will be in place through tomorrow.  The threat for rainfall returns on Thursday and for this weekend.

TODAY

Scattered clouds are expected throughout the day.  Winds will be from the southwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the mid to upper 50s along the coast, upper 50s to lower 60s over the interior, and lower to mid-60s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.

TONIGHT

Scattered clouds are expected as high pressure remains off the coast.  Winds will be from the southwest at 5 to 10 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the lower to mid-30s over the interior and mid to upper 30s along the coast for lows.

TOMORROW

A weak trough will pass through the region with scattered clouds and isolated showers possible.  Winds will veer to the northwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the mid-50s to lower 60s along the coast, upper 50s to lower 60s over the interior, and mid to upper 60s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.

THURSDAY

An area of low pressure will produce overcast skies with widely scattered showers over the interior and scattered showers along the coast throughout the day.  Winds will be from the east at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will range from the upper 30s to lower 40s for lows and mid to upper 50s for highs.

FRIDAY

High pressure will produce scattered cloud cover.  Temperatures will range from the mid to upper 40s for lows and lower to mid-60s along the coast, mid to upper 60s over the interior, and upper 60s to lower 70s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.

SATURDAY

An area of low pressure will approach the region with periods of showers in the afternoon and evening.  Temperatures will range from the mid-40s to lower 50s for lows and mid-50s to lower 60s over the interior, upper 50s to mid-60s along the coast, and mid to upper 60s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.

SUNDAY

The low-pressure system will depart with showers in the morning giving way to clearing skies in the afternoon.  Temperatures will range from the lower to mid-30s over the interior and upper 30s to lower 40s along the coast for lows and lower to mid-40s over the interior and upper 40s to lower 50s along the coast for highs.

MONDAY AND TUESDAY

High pressure will produce clear skies to scattered clouds.  Temperatures on Monday will range from the mid to upper 20s over the interior and lower to mid-30s along the coast for lows and lower to mid-50s over the interior and mid to upper 50s along the coast for highs.  Temperatures on Tuesday will range from the upper 20s to lower 30s over the interior and lower to mid-30s along the coast for lows and lower to mid-50s along the coast and upper 50s to lower 60s elsewhere for highs.
