Oscar is close to collapsing as the small low-level circulation is severely disrupted by the landmass of Cuba and increasing vertical wind shear.  The approaching trough over the western Atlantic will draw Oscar northward tonight and begin to entrain the storm into the long-wave trough.  Oscar will transition into an extratropical low-pressure system by Wednesday night while rapidly approaching Bermuda.  There is a chance that Oscar may dissipate faster than forecasted.
