Leslie is now being sheared apart and steadily weakening as a Polar trough absorbs the storm.  The shear is so strong that the low-level center is completely exposed.  Leslie will turn to the northeast by today and race into the eastern Atlantic.  Leslie will not be a threat to any landmass.
