An approaching cold front will fail to produce much in the way of rainfall while passing through the region.  Tranquil and mild conditions continue through the weekend.

TONIGHT

The cold front will move through the region with cloudy skies and isolated showers.  Winds will veer to the northwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the lower to mid-50s over the interior and upper 50s to lower 60s along the coast for lows.

TOMORROW

The cold front will exit the region with a few isolated showers in the morning, followed by clearing skies.  Winds will be from the northwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the upper 50s to lower 60s over the interior, mid to upper 60s in the New York City metropolitan area, and lower to mid-70s in the Philadelphia metropolitan area for highs.

TOMORROW NIGHT

High pressure will produce scattered clouds.  Winds will be from the northwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the upper 30s to lower 40s over the interior and lower to mid-40s along the coast for lows.
