An area of low pressure will lift through the region with heavy rainfall through the evening rush hour and lingering showers through tomorrow afternoon.  Another rainstorm is expected by Saturday night.  Urban flooding, small stream flooding, and poor driving conditions are expected throughout the period.

TONIGHT

The area of low pressure will continue to lift towards the region with waves of moderate to heavy rainfall.  Winds will veer to the north at 10 to 20 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the lower to mid-40s over the interior and mid to upper 40s along the coast for lows.

TOMORROW

The low-pressure system will exit the region with light to moderate rainfall.  Winds will veer from the north to the northwest at 10 to 20 mph, with gusts over 30 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the lower to mid-50s along the coast and mid to upper 50s away from the coast for highs.

TOMORROW NIGHT

High pressure will build into the region with clearing skies.  Winds will be from the northwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the mid-20s to lower 30s over the interior and the mid to upper 30s along the coast for lows.

FRIDAY

High pressure will produce scattered clouds.  Winds will be from the northwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the lower to mid-50s along the coast and mid to upper 50s away from the coast for highs.

SATURDAY

High pressure will exit the region with increasing clouds. Rain will develop in the evening hours and become heavy at times. Winds will veer from the northwest to the southeast at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will range from the lower to mid-30s for lows and lower to mid-40s over the interior, upper 40s to lower 50s in the Delaware River Valley, and mid to upper 40s along the coast for highs.

SUNDAY

An area of low pressure will produce periods of moderate to heavy rainfall in the morning, followed by clearing skies.  Winds will be from the west at 10 to 20 mph.  Temperatures will range from the upper 30s to lower 40s over the interior and mid to upper 40s along the coast for lows and upper 40s to lower 50s over the interior and mid to upper 50s along the coast for highs.

High pressure will produce scattered clouds.  Temperatures will range from the mid to upper 20s over the interior and upper 20s to lower 30s along the coast for lows and mid to upper 50s for highs.

THURSDAY

A cold front will move through the region, with variable clouds and scattered showers.  Temperatures will range from the mid to upper 30s for lows and lower to mid-50s over the interior, upper 50s to mid-60s in the Delaware River Valley, and upper 50s to lower 60s along the coast for highs.
