High pressure will produce scattered clouds this morning through Monday morning.  A trough will produce scattered showers on Monday afternoon.

With El Niño established, the potential for heavy rain events will increase from July through August.  There is potential for waves of rainfall and flash flooding starting on Friday night and continuing through next week.

The geography of your location forces a significant amount of water toward your location due to the Mamaroneck Reservoir to your north.  When heavy rainfall events exceed 2″, there is a higher threat of water being released from the reservoir, which will enhance the flooding threat.  The recent heavy rainfall makes this threat more likely.
