High pressure will produce scattered clouds through tonight.  An area of low pressure will produce periods of rain tomorrow morning through tomorrow evening.  Scattered clouds, scattered showers, and isolated thunderstorms are expected tomorrow night through Sunday.  Scattered clouds and isolated showers will linger Sunday night through Monday.

With El Niño established, the potential for heavy rain events will increase from August through November.  

The geography of your location forces a significant amount of water toward your location due to the Mamaroneck Reservoir to your north.  When heavy rainfall events exceed 2″, there is a higher threat of water being released from the reservoir, which will enhance the flooding threat.  The recent heavy rainfall makes this threat more likely.
