A cold front will move through the region this morning with scattered showers.  Scattered clouds are expected this afternoon through tonight.  Cloudy skies and scattered showers are expected tomorrow morning through tomorrow evening.  High pressure will produce scattered clouds tomorrow night through Friday.

With El Niño established, the potential for heavy rain events will increase from October through December.  

The geography of your location forces a significant amount of water toward your location due to the Mamaroneck Reservoir to your north.  When heavy rainfall events exceed 2″, there is a higher threat of water being released from the reservoir, which will enhance the flooding threat.  The recent heavy rainfall makes this threat more likely.
