A trough will produce increasing clouds and isolated showers this evening through tomorrow afternoon. An area of low pressure will produce periods of rain from tomorrow evening through Thursday morning. High pressure will produce scattered clouds Thursday afternoon through Friday morning. A trough will produce variable clouds and isolated showers on Friday afternoon and evening. High pressure will produce scattered clouds on Friday night.
With El Niño coming on, there may be flooding concerns in April through August. An active weather pattern will develop with up to 5″ of rain by May 5th.
The geography of your location forces a significant amount of water toward your location due to the Mamaroneck Reservoir to your north. When heavy rainfall events exceed 2″, there is a higher threat of water being released from the reservoir, which will enhance the flooding threat. The recent heavy rainfall makes this threat more likely.
