Canadian high pressure will produce tranquil conditions to start the week.  A weakening low-pressure system will produce showers by mid-week.  A persistent easterly wind will continue to produce periods of coastal flooding through Thursday morning.

High pressure will exit the region with scattered clouds.  Winds will be from the northeast at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the mid to upper 60s over the interior, upper 60s to lower 70s along the coast, and lower to mid-70s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.
