A stalled front will linger over the reign with scattered showers and thunderstorms.  Heavy rainfall will produce rainfall rates over 1″ per hour and flash flooding.  Winds will be from the northeast at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the lower to mid-70s for highs.
