A sinking frontal boundary will produce waves of showers and thunderstorms this evening through the end of the week.  The remnants of Debby will produce more rainfall Friday evening through Saturday.  Flash and urban flooding will be a high threat as rainfall amounts over 4″ are expected throughout the region.

TODAY

A cold front will press southward with increasing clouds along with showers and thunderstorms by the afternoon.  Winds will be from the southwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the lower to mid-80s over the interior, mid to upper 80s along the coast, and upper 80s to lower 90s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.

TONIGHT

A cold front will slowly press to the south with waves of showers and thunderstorms.  Heavy rainfall will produce rainfall rates over 1″ per hour and flash flooding.  Winds will back from the southwest to the northeast at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the lower to mid-60s over the interior and upper 60s to lower 70s along the coast for lows.

A stalled front will linger over the reign with waves of showers and thunderstorms.  Heavy rainfall will produce rainfall rates over 1″ per hour and flash flooding.  Winds will be from the northeast at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the lower to mid-70s for highs.
