Waves of showers will be a threat throughout today and for much of the week as an unsettled weather pattern takes control.

TODAY

An area of low pressure will produce cloudy skies and scattered showers.  Winds will be from the southwest at 5 to 10 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the upper 70s to lower 80s on Long Island and lower to mid-80s throughout the rest of the region for highs.

TONIGHT

A trough will produce cloudy skies and scattered showers.  Winds will be from the southwest at 5 to 10 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the upper 60s to lower 70s for lows.

TOMORROW

A trough will produce cloudy skies and scattered showers.  Winds will be from the southwest at 5 to 10 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the lower to mid-80s for highs.

TOMORROW NIGHT

A trough will produce cloudy skies and scattered showers.  Winds will be from the southwest at 5 to 10 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the upper 60s to lower 70s for lows.
