A line of thunderstorms over east-central Pennsylvania is producing severe thunderstorms and a tornado.  These thunderstorms are moving towards a more stable environment along the coast that will cause the thunderstorms to weaken but will be capable of heavy downpours, frequent lightning, and wind gusts over 40 mph through midnight.  These thunderstorms will move away from the strongest instability, thus will transition to a heavy rainfall threat towards midnight.
