Temperatures will crash below freezing as a strong Polar air mass invades the region.  A few snow showers and flurries are already developing in the Poconos tonight and will be a threat to the rest of the region by tomorrow afternoon.  A warmer weather pattern returns by the weekend, along with rainfall.

TONIGHT

A weak trough will produce scattered clouds and flurries.  Winds will be from the northwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the lower to mid-20s over the interior and upper 20s to lower 30s along the coast for lows.

TOMORROW

A weak trough will produce scattered cloud cover and flurries.  A rogue snow squall may possibly produce temporary poor visibility.  Winds will be from the northwest at 10 to 20 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the lower to mid-30s over the interior and mid to upper 30s along the coast for highs.

TOMORROW NIGHT

A series of troughs will produce scattered cloud cover.  Winds will be from the west at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the lower to mid-20s over the interior and mid to upper 20s along the coast for lows.
