Cool, dry air will push south just in time for a fun Halloween for all the ghouls and ghosts this afternoon and evening.  A coastal low-pressure system will bring the threat of rain and snow showers to the region tomorrow.

HALLOWEEN!

High pressure will build into the region while a stationary front off the coast with clearing skies from north to south with isolated showers on the coast.  Winds will be from the north at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the mid to upper 40s over the interior and lower to mid-50s along the coast for highs.

HALLOWEEN TONIGHT

An area of low pressure will develop off the coastal waters with increasing clouds.  Winds will be from the northwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the lower to mid-30s over the interior and upper 30s to lower 40s along the coast for lows.

TOMORROW

An area of low pressure will develop over the coastal waters with scattered showers along the coast and a mix of snow, sleet, and rain showers over the higher elevations above 1,500 feet.  Winds will be from the northwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the lower to mid-40s over the interior and upper 40s to lower 50s along the coast for highs.

TOMORROW NIGHT

High pressure will produce clear skies and scattered clouds.  Winds will be from the southwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the mid to upper 20s over the interior and lower to mid-30s along the coast for lows.
