TOMORROW
An area of low pressure will approach from the south with periods of rain along the New Jerse coast, the New York City metropolitan area, Long Island, and Connecticut; periods of scattered showers in the Delaware River Valley and Hudson River Valley, and isolated showers in eastern Pennsylvania and the Catskills. The heaviest rainfall is expected along the coast with 0.50″ to 1.50″ of rain possible while much less rainfall is expected to the west. A cold front will follow in the evening with scattered showers throughout the region. Winds will veer from the southeast to the southwest at 5 to 15 mph. Temperatures will range from the mid to upper 40s over the interior, lower to mid-50s in the suburbs, and mid to upper 50s in urban areas for lows and mid to upper 60s along the coast, upper 60s to lower 70s in the interior, and lower to mid-70s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.
