Temperatures will rise into the upper 80s to lower 90s along the coast, lower to mid-90s over the interior, and mid to upper 90s in the Delaware River Valley for highs. A heat index in the upper 90s to mid-100s is expected.

Scattered clouds with some areas of fog are expected. Winds will be from the southwest at 5 to 10 mph. Temperatures will fall into the lower to mid-70s for lows.

A cold front will slowly move through the region with waves of showers and thunderstorms. Temperatures will range from the upper 60s to lower 70s over the interior and lower to mid-70s along the coast for lows and lower to mid-80s for highs.
WEDNESDAY
A cold front will stall over the region with scattered clouds, isolated thunderstorms over the northern interior, New York City metropolitan areas, and scattered showers and thunderstorms over southeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey. Temperatures will range from the lower to mid-60s over the interior and upper 60s to lower 70s along the coast for lows and lower to mid-80s over the interior and mid to upper 80s along the coast for highs.
