Temperatures will rise into the upper 60s to mid-70s over Connecticut and Long Island, mid-70s to lower 80s in the Hudson River Valley, northeastern New Jersey, New York City, and central New Jersey, and mid-80s to lower 90s over western New Jersey, southern New Jersey, and eastern Pennsylvania.
