A cold front diving south through the region tomorrow will bring the threat for thunderstorms by tomorrow afternoon and evening.  Pleasant conditions are likely for much of this upcoming weekend.

A stationary front off the coast will produce scattered cloud cover with a few isolated showers this afternoon.  Winds will be from the west at 5 to 10 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the lower to mid-80s over higher elevations and along the coast and upper 80s to lower 90s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.

A cold front will approach tonight with scattered cloud cover.  Winds will back to the southwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the mid-60s to lower 70s over the interior and lower to mid-70s along the coast for lows.

The cold front will move through the region tomorrow afternoon and evening with scattered showers and thunderstorms.  The thunderstorms will be capable of heavy downpours, frequent lightning, small hail, and wind gusts over 40 mph.  Winds will veer to the northwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the mid-70s to lower 80s over the interior, lower to mid-80s along the coast, and mid-80s to lower 90s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.

A series of weak cold fronts will follow on Thursday and Friday with scattered clouds and isolated showers.  Winds will be from the northwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures on Thursday will range from the mid-50s to lower 60s over the interior and lower to mid-60s along the coast for lows and mid to upper 70s over the interior, upper 70s to lower 80s along the coast, and lower to mid-80s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.  Temperatures on Friday will range from the upper 50s to mid-60s for lows and lower to mid-70s over the interior and mid to upper 70s along the coast for highs.

High pressure will produce clear skies and low humidity on Saturday.  Temperatures will range from the upper 50s to mid-60s for lows and upper 70s to mid-80s for highs.

An area of low pressure will approach on Sunday with increasing clouds and showers in the afternoon and evening.  Waves of rainfall can be expected through Monday morning followed by clearing skies in the afternoon.  Temperatures on Sunday will range from the mid-60s for lows and lower to mid-70s over the interior, mid to upper 70s along the coast, and upper 70s to mid-80s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.  Temperatures on Monday will range from the mid-60s to lower 70s for lows and lower to mid-80s over the interior and along the coast and upper 80s to lower 90s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.

High pressure will produce clear skies to scattered cloud cover on Tuesday.  Temperatures will range from the lower to mid-60s over the interior and upper 60s to lower 70s along the coast for lows and lower to mid-80s over the interior and along the coast and upper 80s to lower 90s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.
