The low-pressure system will exit the region on Monday morning with periods of snow over the interior, a mix of rain and snow over the Philadelphia and New York City metros, and rain along the New Jersey coast.  The precipitation will exit by the late morning hours.  Scattered clouds and flurries will be a threat in the afternoon.  Winds will be from the northwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will range from the upper 20s to lower 30s for lows and mid-30s to lower 40s for highs.
