Dry and chilly conditions return today, but the threat of rainfall is likely by Thanksgiving.

A weak cold front will pass through the region today with scattered cloud cover.  Winds will be from the northwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the upper 30s to mid-40s over the interior and mid to upper 40s along the coast for highs this afternoon.

High pressure will pass through the region tonight through tomorrow with clear skies to scattered clouds.  Winds will back from the southwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures tomorrow will range from the mid to upper 30s for lows and mid-40s to lower 50s over the interior and lower to mid-50s along the coast for highs.

An area of low pressure will pass through the region on Thanksgiving with periods of rain, especially in the morning hours.  Winds will veer from the southwest to west at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures on Thanksgiving will range from the mid-40s to lower 50s over the interior and lower to mid-50s along the coast for lows and mid to upper 50s for highs.

High pressure will produce clear skies to scattered cloud cover for Friday through Sunday.  Temperatures on Friday will range from the lower to mid-40s over the interior and upper 40s to lower 50s along the coast for lows and upper 40s to lower 50s over the interior and mid-50s to lower 60s along the coast for highs.  Temperatures on Saturday will range from the mid-30s to lower 40s for lows and mid-40s to lower 50s for highs.  Temperatures on Sunday will range from the lower to mid-30s over the interior and mid to upper 30s along the coast for lows and mid-40s to lower 50s for highs.

An area of low pressure will produce waves of rainfall, heavy at times from Monday afternoon through Tuesday.  Temperatures on Monday will range from the upper 30s to mid-40s over the interior and mid to upper 40s along the coast for lows and mid-50s to lower 60s for highs.  Temperatures on Tuesday will fall through the 60s into the 40s along the coast and 40s into the 30s over the interior through the day on Tuesday.
