A threat for tropical downpours will remain a threat through next week.  These tropical downpours will be capable of localized flash flooding with visibility below a mile at times.

An area of low pressure will produce locally dense fog in the morning hours and scattered to broken cloud covers in the afternoon with isolated to widely scattered showers and thunderstorms today on through tomorrow.  Winds will be from the south at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures today will rise into the upper 70s to mid-80s for highs.  Temperatures tomorrow will range from the lower to mid-60s for lows and upper 70s to mid-80s for highs.

A cold front will slowly approach from the west with a weak trough lingering over the region with scattered to broken clouds and isolated to widely scattered showers and thunderstorms on Monday.  Winds will be from the southwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures on Monday will range from the mid to upper 60s for lows and upper 70s to lower 80s along the coast and mid-80s to lower 90s for highs.

A cold front will linger to the west of the region Tuesday and Wednesday with scattered to broken cloud cover and isolated to widely scattered showers and thunderstorms.  Temperatures on Tuesday will range from the mid-60s to lower 70s for lows and upper 70s to mid-80s along the coast and mid-80s to lower 90s elsewhere for highs.  Temperatures on Wednesday will range from the mid-60s to lower 70s for lows and upper 70s to lower 80s along the coast and mid-80s to lower 90s elsewhere for highs.

The cold front will move through the region with showers and thunderstorms on Thursday.  Temperatures on Thursday will range from the mid to upper 60s for lows and upper 70s to mid-80s for highs.

High pressure will build into the region on Friday with scattered clouds.  Temperatures on Friday will range from the upper 50s to lower 60s for lows and mid-70s to lower 80s for highs.
