High pressure will be in control through tomorrow afternoon with scattered cloud cover and chilly weather conditions. Winds will remain strong from the northwest at 10 to 20 mph with gusts over 30 mph at times through this morning. Winds will decline from the west later this afternoon at 5 to 15 mph with gusts over 20 mph at times. Clouds will increase tomorrow afternoon with winds from the southwest at 5 to 15 mph. Temperatures will rise into the lower to mid 30’s for highs this afternoon and then fall into the upper 10’s to lower 20’s over the interior and mid to upper 20’s along the coast for lows. Temperatures will rise into the mid 40’s to lower 50’s for high tomorrow afternoon.
A strong cold front will move through the Philadelphia and New York City metropolitan areas tomorrow night on through Tuesday morning with periods of rain. Winds will shift from the southwest at 5 to 15 mph to the northwest at 10 to 20 mph. Temperatures by Wednesday morning will crash into the mid 20’s to lower 30’s. Skies will clear on Wednesday with temperatures rebounding slightly into the lower to mid 30’s.

An area of low pressure will produce periods of rain, sleet, and snow Friday afternoon through Saturday. High pressure will produce scattered cloud cover by Sunday. Temperatures will range from the mid 20’s to lower 30’s for lows and mid 30’s to lower 40’s for highs.
