Leslie has peaked as a hurricane and is now starting to run into increasing vertical wind shear. Leslie is expected to move into an unfavorable environment while lifting towards the central Atlantic. The latest data supports the potential that Leslie may become post-tropical by the end of next week to the east of Bermuda while a cold front absorbs the low-pressure system.
