Tropical Storm Joyce formed this afternoon over the central Atlantic Ocean. Joyce will continue to move to the northwest at 12 to 15 mph but will only slighlty stregthen as vertical winds hear increases from the southwest. Joyce will turn to the north by Sunday night and will be entrained by a trough in the Central Atlantic by Monday night.
