Lisa has weakened into a tropical depression and is expected to linger in the Bay of Campeche through this weekend.  Lisa will encounter dry air entrainment and increasing vertical wind shear, which will cause Lisa to degenerate into a post-tropical low-pressure system by Saturday morning.
