Tropical Storm Lisa continued to steadily intensify and is well on the way to reaching hurricane strength before making landfall in Belize tomorrow evening.  Lisa continues to feature strong convection around the low-level center of circulation and now has established a maturing outflow.  These signals point to Lisa reaching a category one hurricane strength.

Lisa is now expected to drift into the Bay of Campeche as a tropical depression by Saturday before drifting back into Mexico by next Sunday or Monday with significant rainfall expected.  Lisa is not a threat to the United States at this time.

Tropical Storm Martin developed into a tropical storm earlier today but clearly now has a subtropical storm structure this evening.  Martin will continue to intensify along the Gulf Stream over the next 24 hours and could reach category one hurricane strength before reaching a powerful extratropical storm by Thursday afternoon.
