A tropical disturbance has the potential to develop over the next 48 hours before the broad area of low pressure lifts into colder waters of the northern Atlantic and strong wind shear increases.  A subtropical depression is possible to form before the strong wind shear cuts off any further development and the low-pressure system transitions into a pure extratropical low-pressure system.  This disturbance is not a threat to the United States but may impact Bermuda.
