Scattered clouds and isolated rain/snow showers are expected today through tomorrow. Scattered clouds are expected tomorrow night through Saturday. A warm front will produce periods of showers Saturday night. A cold front will follow on Sunday morning with scattered showers. Skies will clear with windy conditions on Sunday afternoon and evening.
The geography of your location forces a significant amount of water toward your location due to the Mamaroneck Reservoir to your north. When heavy rainfall events exceed 2″, there is a higher threat of water being released from the reservoir, which will enhance the flooding threat. The recent heavy rainfall makes this threat more likely.
